2 黑木耳將蒂頭剪掉,用手撥小塊。

3 被一鍋滾水,將黑木耳煮1分鐘,撈起沖涼水瀝乾備用。

4 熱鍋下油,以中小火將[辛香料]爆香,炒約1分鐘後將[辛香料]撈掉。
