醬爆回鍋肉

五花肉300克
五香豆干適量
高麗菜適量
蒜苗2根
蒜頭適量
薑片適量
辣豆瓣醬1大匙
甜麵醬1大匙
糖1小匙
米酒1大匙

1 五花肉煮熟放涼

2 切成薄片

3 材料都切成片狀~高麗菜切大塊

4 鍋內放點油將五花肉的油脂爆出(因為有皮所以很會油爆喔~要小心)

5 加入豆干爆至焦香~濾出多餘的油脂

6 加入辛香料爆香~嗜辣的可以加辣椒一起爆香~

7 加入辣豆瓣醬.甜麵醬以及調味料拌炒

8 加入高麗菜大火拌炒一分鐘

9 沿著鍋邊嗆入米酒即可起鍋
